Job summary

LHH is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist in the United States to drive supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, identify cost-saving opportunities, and influence key business decisions. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead negotiations, and analyze spend data to optimize performance.

The role requires 3+ years in sourcing or procurement, strong Excel and communication skills, and a focus on delivering value through supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or purchasing.
• Proven supplier negotiation and strategic sourcing experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies.
• Lead supplier negotiations, RFPs, and contract activities.
