Qualifications

• Experience with federal government contracting and security clearances.
• Experience leading supply chain teams and supplier negotiations.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and agency regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and manage strategic sourcing program across IT, direct/indirect spend.
• Analyze spend and market trends to identify savings opportunities and risk mitigation.
• Build multi-year sourcing roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead Supplier Management & Relationship program with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and act as primary contact for strategic vendors.
• Implement supplier performance management including scorecards and QBRs.
• Identify and mitigate supplier risks and geopolitical considerations.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events from requirements to award recommendations.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, SLAs, and KPIs for total value.
• Partner with leadership to structure supplier agreements and align with growth.
