Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead the program-level supply chain planning and execution for large, complex DoD/aerospace programs. You will oversee daily operations of SCPCs and SCPMs, shaping strategies and ensuring on-time deliveries within budget.

Responsibilities include developing SSOW/SDRLs, driving sourcing and negotiation strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis Technical/Engineering.
• 11+ years of experience in operations or related area.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 15 years of related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
• Experience across the product lifecycle including DoD/ aerospace sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCPMs and SCPCs; set performance expectations; conduct reviews and hiring input.
• Develop program-level Supply Chain Management Plans; negotiate sourcing strategies.
• Lead SSOW/SDRLs development; support Make/Buy assessments and proposals.
• Monitor cost, technical, and schedule performance; use EVMS to assess progress.
• Coordinate with procurement, subcontract management, and engineering teams.
• Travel 25%–50% of time and support DoD/aerospace programs.
