Job summary

NBC Universal Orlando is seeking a results-driven Sourcing Manager to lead strategic procurement for capital and expense items, services and equipment. You will develop supplier strategies, evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and ensure timely purchase orders to optimize total cost of ownership and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in sourcing/procurement of specialized/technical commodities; leadership experience a plus.
• Advanced MS Excel; strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience with bid processes, RFx, and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute difficult purchasing projects across capital and expense items.
• Manage bid processes: solicit, evaluate, negotiate, and award contracts.
• Develop supplier strategies and blanket purchase agreements with vendors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and legal to optimize value and compliance.
• Ensure timely PO placement and inventory levels align with needs.
