Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Manager, Production Sourcing to lead strategic sourcing across below-the-line production categories for TV, film, and streaming projects. You will partner with Production, Finance, and Legal to optimize costs, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills, with a track record of delivering savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial skills.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives to deliver cost savings and avoidance.
• Partner with Production teams from pre-production through execution.
• Develop category strategies using spend data and market insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and resolve issues.
• Lead RFPs, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations across production categories.
• Drive adoption of preferred suppliers and managed spend.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure contract compliance.
• Partner with Legal and Finance on contract execution and risk.
• Track and report savings and value delivery.
