Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a seasoned sourcing and contracting professional to lead a high-volume, multi‑state procurement team. You will drive RFPs, negotiate terms, and manage contracts, ensuring supplier performance and compliance across OS&E, F&B, FF&E, and more.

You will partner with hotel operations and finance to optimize spend, identify cost savings, and implement enterprise procurement initiatives, while guiding onboarding and e‑bidding platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly related supply chain or procurement experience.
• Experience in OS&E, F&B, FF&E, Capital, Reserves and MRO preferred.
• Strong analytical, business process analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Skilled with technology-based systems including spend analytics and e-procurement tools.
• Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sourcing projects, including negotiation strategy, RFP development, supplier selection, business case creation, project management, and contract execution.
• Manage supply contracts to ensure optimal terms, compliance, and coverage.
• Oversee sourcing initiatives across multiple locations, including cross-functional leadership of competitive bidding events.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain strong relationships with financial and operational teams to support sourcing strategies.
• Track and report savings, compliance, and variances to leadership.
• Leverage e-business tools for spend analysis, supplier intelligence, competitive bidding, and contract management.
• Develop timelines, meet milestones, and provide updates to leadership.
