The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, CA is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead Marketing Creative Services sourcing strategies and drive enterprise-wide value. You will manage end-to-end RFx processes, negotiate contracts, and build strong vendor partnerships while advising Marketing and Finance on spend optimization.

The role requires 3+ years in strategic sourcing and excellent stakeholder influence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing.
• Marketing Creative Print and AV experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience negotiating high-value agreements.

Mansioni

• Design and implement sourcing strategies for Marketing Creative Services, with flexibility to support additional categories as needed.
• Lead end-to-end RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ), including scope development, supplier identification, bid management, evaluation, and executive-ready award recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation across Marketing Creative Services, while ensuring alignment with Marketing and Finance goals.
• Partner with key stakeholders, vendors, and Legal to execute Enterprise Professional Services Agreements, Creative Servies Agreements, Pitch Briefs, SaaS contracts, and renewals.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Marketing partners, providing guidance on Sourcing approach, supplier landscape, and best-practices.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and explore innovative sourcing models to unlock enterprise-wide value.
• Build strong relationships with Marketing and Finance partners to understand their strategic priorities and deliver tailored sourcing solutions.
• Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships that support shared objectives, service expectations, and performance outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and vendor capabilities to inform sourcing decisions and mitigate risk.
