Meta Reality Labs seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead Core Technologies in humanoid robotics, identifying and developing long-term supplier partnerships aligned to our product roadmap and timing needs.

You will collaborate across Industrial Design, Hardware Engineering, and Product Management to deliver high-quality components and modules on schedule, while applying data-driven, strategic analysis to navigate ambiguity and optimize value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in consumer electronics or technology industry.
Experience scaling technologies from concept through mass production.
Experience articulating points of view to executive management.
Experience working with Hardware and Systems Engineering during product development.
Experience building relationships with Engineering and Product Management.
Experience in supplier evaluation/selection, should-cost modeling, contract negotiation, and supplier cost competitiveness.
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Factory management and operations experience.
Experience implementing responsible AI practices and NTI.
Experience with AI tools and staying current with emerging technologies.
Master's degree or PhD in technical discipline, and/or MBA.
