The role partners with stakeholders across the business to deliver on risk, quality, cost and other value drivers, while building market intelligence on suppliers and solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in strategic sourcing, proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in strategic sourcing.
• Travel 10–30%, as required.
• Work hours 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the expert for the respective categories with industry knowledge.
• Develops and manages RFP/bid processes to achieve savings.
• Leads purchasing strategies across commodity materials.
• Negotiates programs with strategic suppliers and builds alliances.
• Supports cost-reduction activities and risk mitigation.
• Maintains supplier relationships and performance reviews.
• Interacts with Faith teams to ensure contract adherence.
