Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in strategic sourcing role.
• Travel: 10–30%, as required.
• Proficient in MS Office and strategic sourcing practices.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns category strategies and procurement plans across business groups.
• Leads RFP/bid processes to achieve targeted savings.
• Develops purchasing strategies for commodity materials.
• Negotiate programs with strategic suppliers and form alliances.
• Supports risk mitigation, supplier performance reviews and cost reductions.
• Act as primary contact to resolve supplier issues and drive continuous improvement.
