Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Strategic Sourcing Category Lead to drive category strategies across construction, engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver savings, improve quality, and reduce risk.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years in strategic sourcing, and is comfortable traveling 10–30%. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and market intelligence is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a strategic sourcing role.
• Travel: 10-30%, as required.
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; flexible to meet needs.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the expert for respective categories with knowledge of industry, competition, and future technologies.
• Develops, issues, and manages RFP processes to achieve savings.
• Leads sourcing strategies across all business groups and commodities.
• Negotiates programs with strategic suppliers and forges new alliances.
• Supports cost-reduction activities and risk mitigation planning.
• Qualifies alternative supply sources and reviews supplier performance.
• Facilitates supplier reviews and communications to improve quality and cost.
