• Evaluate proposals using Masterformat divisions and assess EMR ratings for risk.
• Develop should-cost models for MEP equipment and oversee supplier selection.
• Maintain a healthy contractor pool and anticipate demand for projects.
• Negotiate terms including price, delivery, and quality standards.
• Oversee timely delivery to site and coordinate with project managers and suppliers.
• Create and oversee RFP processes and evaluate bids for risks and opportunities.
