Job summary

LATICRETE International, a global leader in tile and stone installation solutions, is seeking a Buyer to procure quality goods, manage inventory, and collaborate with Planning, Operations, Finance, and suppliers. This role emphasizes cost, delivery, and supplier performance, with responsibilities across procurement, stocking models, and cross-functional teamwork.

The position requires 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, an associate degree or equivalent, and strong MRP and analytical

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, supply chain, or finance.
• 3+ years’ experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management (35%): implement stocking models and review stock levels.
• Procurement (30%): create and manage purchase orders; monitor cost, quality and delivery.
• Supplier Relationship Management (10%): maintain strong supplier relationships and performance data.
• Collaboration (25%): work with Demand Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Finance; provide status updates.

Education

Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance or equivalent work experience
