7-Eleven is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing - National Brands to lead enterprise-scale negotiations with national CPG partners. The role partners with Merchandising leaders and cross-functional teams to translate growth objectives into supplier strategies and executable plans.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in convenience/food retail or CPG, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive cost savings through complex negotiations at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/masters preferred.
• 10–15+ years in convenience/food retail or CPG environments.
• Proven track record leading complex national brand negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead National Brands negotiations team leveraging enterprise scale.
• Establish executive-level relationships to influence outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on supplier strategies.
• Utilize data, benchmarks and should-cost analysis to identify savings.
• Negotiate cost, rebates, trade funds, terms and contract language.
• Drive governance with clear metrics and progress reporting.
