Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead strategic development and planning for the assigned category as part of a broader Merchandising team. You will ensure category plans align with the overall Merchandising strategy and verify execution at the store level.

Responsibilities include developing annual category plans, pricing strategies, assortment optimization, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations and Logistics to drive store

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns category strategy and development for assigned categories.
• Develops annual category plans including assortment, pricing, promotions and communications.
• Leads supplier negotiations to optimize cost of goods and profitability.
