Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3–5+ years negotiating National Brand CPG with focus on cost, funding and supplier relations.
• 10–15+ years in convenience/food/retail or consumer packaged goods environments preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a National Brands negotiations team leveraging enterprise scale.
• Establish executive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to influence outcomes.
• Collaborate across merchandising and cross-functional teams on supplier strategies.
• Use data-driven sourcing practices to identify savings and funding opportunities.
• Lead negotiations on cost, rebates, trade funds, terms and contracts.
• Set processes and metrics to track progress and outcomes.
• Foster a high-performing culture with coaching and talent development.
