• Experience guiding complex negotiations and program portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing sourcing function and develop client contracting strategies.
• Oversee full sourcing lifecycle: assessment, planning, negotiations, implementation and value realization.
• Collaborate with Legal, Analytics, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Category teams to ensure compliant execution.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation and governance across the function.
• Measure savings, value realization, and client return on investment.
