DSJ Global is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, Indirect Services to support global procurement initiatives across a variety of indirect spend categories. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with procurement leadership, business stakeholders, and supplier partners while developing expertise in category management and strategic sourcing.

Formación

• 3-6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related function.
• Experience with indirect categories (professional services, corporate services, HR services).
• Experience managing competitive sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel including spend analysis and cost modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with commercial contracts and cross-functional collaboration with legal teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end sourcing events including RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes.
• Conduct spend analysis, supplier market research, benchmarking, and cost modeling.
• Support category strategy development through market intelligence and supplier insights.
• Manage supplier evaluations, bid analysis, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide sourcing guidance.
• Coordinate contract workflows with Legal, Risk, Security, and other internal teams.
• Maintain supplier, contract, and procurement records while tracking renewals and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contribute to process improvements.
