Reporting to the Head of Global Procurement, the role requires data-driven analytical excellence and proven stakeholder relationship-building across HR, Finance, and Legal. The candidate will own category strategy, manage negotiations end-to-end, and lead a high-performing team focused on innovation, efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or JD preferred.
• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or corporate services leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and global negotiations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own category strategy and negotiations across several spend categories.
• Design data-driven sourcing strategies addressing stakeholder objectives.
• Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and end-to-end contract management.
• Negotiate complex, global agreements focusing on total value and savings.
• Use analytics and automation to enhance visibility and decision speed.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs and manage the evaluation process.
