Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.

• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, critical for supplier discussions and stakeholder alignment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Hybrid work model requiring three days per week in the office; offices in Irving, TX; Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC; Nashville, TN; Centennial, CO.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and redlining contract terms under senior guidance.
• Participate in supplier negotiations by preparing materials and contributing to discussions.
• Support alignment between clients, suppliers, and internal teams and document updates.
• Ensure contract documents reflect updates and adhere to standards.
• Escalate complex items to senior sourcing executives for guidance.
• Contribute to sourcing strategies by collecting data and market insights.
• Assist in RFP creation, distribution, and initial evaluations.
• Coordinate supplier communications and scheduling for sourcing activities.
• Support contract maintenance activities, including amendments, renewals, and pricing validations.
• Prepare communications summarizing sourcing progress and opportunities.
