Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support procurement activities and vendor management for client accounts. You will collaborate with leadership to develop bids, onboard vendors, and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

The role emphasizes experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and contract administration within real estate or facilities management environments, with a strong focus on multiple stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Years of related Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement experience.
• Familiar with contracting law; able to interpret contracts and explain to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop bid packages and facilitate RFP activity.
• Onboard and manage vendor accreditation and administration.
• Prepare and facilitate contract negotiations with suppliers.
• Use CLM tools for contracting processes and compliance.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain organized vendor documentation and tracking.
