Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Procurement Coordinator in the United States to support client sourcing and contract management across multiple Accounts in facility management services. You will work with Procurement Leadership to implement strategy, develop bid packages, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Two+ years of facilities management/indirect procurement or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of legal aspects of contract terms and how to explain amendments to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop bid packages with SOW, SLAs, KPIs, pricing matrices; manage RFP activity.
Manage and negotiate Certificate of Insurance thresholds for clients.
Assist in supplier onboarding, proposals, and evaluation presentations to stakeholders.
Coordinate contract preparation and ensure accuracy of Scope of Work, Pricing, and site lists.
