Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the client accounts under the direction of Procurement Leadership. The role focuses on procurement activities, vendor management, contract preparation, and governance across multiple stakeholders in a Commercial Real Estate/Facility Management environment.

Responsibilities include bid development, RFP facilitation, vendor onboarding, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with templates and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Years of related Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement or equivalent experience.
• Familiar with legal aspects of contracting including reading and interpreting contracts and amendments.

Responsibilities

• Develop bid packages, facilitate RFP activity, and analyze quotations.
• Vendor accreditation, onboarding and ongoing vendor administration.
• Prepare and facilitate contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring accurate SOW, pricing and site/equipment lists.
• Utilize CLM tool for vendor contracting, storage, administration and compliance.
