Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Procurement Coordinator to support client sourcing and contract management across multiple accounts in facility management services.

You will help implement sourcing strategy and coordinate bid packages with procurement leadership. Responsibilities include supplier onboarding, contract drafting and negotiation, and leveraging AI tools to enhance meeting notes and scope building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree a plus.
• 2+ years in Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement or equivalent.
• Knowledge of legal aspects of contract terms and amendments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid packages with procurement leadership and account management.
• Manage and negotiate Certificate of Insurance thresholds for client accounts.
• Support supplier audits and onboarding; assist in evaluations.
• Prepare contracts with templates; ensure accuracy of scope, pricing, and lists.
• Facilitate contract negotiations with internal/external stakeholders; involve Legal/Risk as needed.
• Maintain contract repository and track multiple sourcing events.
