Cushman & Wakefield in the United States is seeking a Sr. Procurement Coordinator to support client sourcing and contract management across multiple Accounts in facility management services.

You will work under Procurement Leadership to implement strategy and improve supplier performance. The role requires 2+ years in facilities or indirect procurement, knowledge of contract terms, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills to analyze data and present insights to stakeholders.

Competenze

• Two+ years in Facilities Management or indirect procurement.
• Knowledge of contract terms and amendments.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for analytics.

Mansioni

• Develop bid packages with SOW, SLAs, pricing, and RFP activity.
• Manage insurance thresholds and supplier onboarding.
• Coordinate contracts and ensure compliance with policies.
