Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the procurement function across client accounts and properties. You will drive strategic sourcing, manage supplier performance, and build strong stakeholder relationships in a client-facing, high-visibility role.

With 7+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, you will implement global strategies, leverage e-tools, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver cost savings, efficiency, and value creation for real estate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or related Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience in procurement/strategic sourcing, ideally in facilities-related categories.
• Understanding of the Strategic Sourcing process and proficiency with e-tools such as e-RFPs, reverse auctions, e-catalogs, and contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategic sourcing roadmap and category strategies to realize value creation opportunities.
• Manage supplier audits, business reviews and supplier relationship management to enhance value, quality, and service.
• Execute end-to-end eRFPs of varying complexity and interpret contractual terms to advise stakeholders on risks and rights.
• Leverage AI analytics to optimize resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and lead improvement projects.
