Job summary

HNL Lab Medicine is seeking a Sourcing and Contract Specialist to drive procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management across the organization. The role involves managing supplier contracts through the lifecycle, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure favorable terms and regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes identifying risks, conducting spends analysis, and supporting GPO and supplier agreements to maintain operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, supplier negotiations, or supply chain management.
• Experience leading sourcing events and contract negotiations, ERP, and contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement, sourcing, and contract management activities across the organization.
• Source products and services in accordance with organizational policies and business requirements.
• Lead RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supplier agreements within delegated authority.
• Review, negotiate, execute, amend, renew, and terminate supplier contracts.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and operational stakeholders during contract review and approval processes.
