Augmentis is seeking a Segment Project Procurement Specialist to support multiple manufacturing plants across the division, ensuring goals are met through strategic sourcing, contract development, and project management. The role emphasizes risk mitigation, cost savings, and cross-functional collaboration.

The position is based in the Great Lakes region with potential relocation from coastal areas, offering exposure to CAPEX initiatives and supplier onboarding while fostering professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Procurement or Contract Development/Management.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Oracle or a similar enterprise business system.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Contract Development and Management: identify suppliers, create and negotiate service agreements and POs.
• Project Management: lead CAPEX projects and outsourcing initiatives; coordinate timelines and deliverables.
• Process Control and Compliance: improve procurement processes and ensure compliance.
• Multi-Site Support: support plants division-wide and provide backup execution tasks as needed.
