• Own and refine company-wide strategic sourcing mechanisms, standardizing decision frameworks and governance workflows.
• Establish executive-level financial reporting and business cases that translate spend and market trends into actionable recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sourcing, Planning, Engineering, Legal, and Finance while coaching on advanced negotiation and analytics techniques.
