Job summary

Hillphoenix is seeking a Sourcing Commodity Analyst to join our global supply chain team in Conyers, GA. You will support strategic sourcing across Refrigeration Products, Electronics, and Sheet Metal, helping manage roughly $60-80 million in annual spend.

This role reports to the Sourcing Manager and involves cross-functional collaboration with Corporate Sourcing, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance. The ideal candidate has a BS in a related field and at least three years in manufacturing or

Qualifications

• BS in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of work experience in manufacturing or supply chain industry.
• MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic cost-savings projects for Refrigeration, Electronics, and Sheet Metal.
• Negotiate supplier contracts including pricing, lead time, stocking agreements, and non-price terms.
• Create supplier risk management strategies to mitigate risk across the supply chain.
• Make-vs-buy analysis with data-driven decisions and cross-functional input.
• Interact with Dover Corporate Sourcing, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and suppliers.
• Identify cost savings and drive cost-reduction programs using VA/VE techniques.
• Analyze cost, delivery, performance, and supplier data to identify savings opportunities.
• Prepare executive-style presentations summarizing analytics for leadership reviews.
• Lead spend analytics discussions for management reviews.
