Job summary

Dover Food Retail seeks a skilled Sourcing Category Manager for Bought-Out Refrigeration Units in Conyers, GA. You will own strategic sourcing for key categories, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost savings across domestic and international sites.

The role reports to the Systems division Sr Sourcing Manager and involves travel up to 25%. Ideal candidates have a BS in Business/Supply Chain or Engineering and 5+ years in sourcing or negotiations; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of sourcing or negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships.
• Create a strategy around Bought-Out-Units.
• Review internal processes and develop a strategic/tactical plan.
• Lead project execution to deliver on savings.
• Support supplier management and risk mitigation.
