BD, a leading global medical technology company, seeks a Senior Manager, Source to Contract to analyze demand and deliver Technology & Digital Solutions.

You will partner with Procurement leaders, SMEs and Technology teams to advance priorities, manage large programs, and ensure alignment with BD's enterprise roadmaps.

Strong project management, risk mitigation and communication skills are essential to deliver first-time-right outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in business or IT with procurement focus.
• Proficiency in SDLC documentation, testing and release protocols.
• Proficiency in project management: charter, business case, plan, schedule, risk/issue management.
• Accomplished in multiple processes and technology domains.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Source to Contract procurement leaders, SMEs and Technology teams to understand priorities and deliver on objectives.
• Develop deep knowledge of the procurement function and end-to-end source to pay processes.
• Establish and earn value-adding partner relationship maturity for the TGS function.
• Manage large and complex programs, often multi-million dollars, with limited supervision.
• Coordinate with multiple companies to deliver complex solutions and ensure contractual alignment.
• Lead roadmaps for indirect procurement and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver first-time-right quality implementations and manage risks.
