Job summary

Causaly is hiring a Strategy and Solutions Lead to incubate and validate new growth opportunities at the intersection of AI, data, product, and pharma customers across R&D and commercial functions. This role focuses on new territory—new capabilities, solution lines, integrations, or market segments—where customer demand requires scalable, repeatable plays grounded in real pharma workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience at the intersection of pharma or life sciences strategy, AI and data, and enterprise customers.
• Experience turning complex enterprise demand into repeatable playbooks.
• Comfort driving executive decisioning across Product, Engineering, and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and shaping of strategic enterprise opportunities that require new capabilities, integrations, packaging, or market positioning.
• Lead high-stakes discussions with senior stakeholders across pharma R&D and commercial functions and translate demand into scalable solution paths.
• Translate ambiguous asks into a solution concept and delivery path, including where Causaly creates value in the workflow, scope boundaries, sequencing, timelines, risks, dependencies, and mutual commitments.
• Shape expectations and commercial framing to ensure scalable commitments.
• Design and steer technical solutions with customer architecture, data, IT, and AI teams, including APIs, data model, and integration patterns.
• Build repeatable solution playbooks anchored in specific R&D and commercial workflows, with offering definitions and delivery blueprints.
• Validate plays through lighthouse execution and orchestrate cross-functional pilot design and governance.
• Institutionalise and hand off into BAU with training, assets, and ownership clarity.
