Causaly in New York is seeking a senior sales leader with a strategy consulting background in Life Sciences to own a portfolio of top pharma accounts across North America. You will translate client strategy into value, manage long, complex sales cycles and partner with product and marketing to refine messaging.
Prior engagements at top-tier firms are required, with a track record of owning senior relationships and selling into Big Pharma and Biotech.

Our AI-powered platform enables researchers and decision-makers to discover and interpret evidence from millions of scientific publications, clinical trials, regulatory documents, and other complex data sources in minutes.
We are building the world’s most advanced biomedical knowledge platform, powered by a high-precision Knowledge Graph and GenAI capabilities. Our technology is already used by leading biopharmaceutical organizations to accelerate drug discovery, improve safety, and drive better decision-making.
Backed by top-tier investors including ICONIQ, Index Ventures, Pentech, and Marathon, we are scaling rapidly and expanding our product suite and market presence.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to Causaly’s revenue growth while inspiring change as a market game-changer. Reporting directly to our SVP Sales, you will work cross-functionally to build customer value and drive new business. You will have global ownership of the full lifecycle of a portfolio of top 50 global pharma enterprise customers. You will be pivotal to understand our client’s strategy, relate to the executive level and navigate our resources and capabilities to the “best fit”.
Importantly, this is a role for someone who has built their career in strategy consulting within Life Sciences. We are looking for a former Engagement Manager (or above) who has advised pharma leadership on R&D, clinical development or commercial strategy, and who now wants to own long-term client partnerships rather than discrete projects. Commercial ownership matters here, but it sits on top of consulting‑grade problem solving, not in place of it.
strategy consulting experience in Life Sciences is a firm requirement for this role.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds and fairly consider qualified candidates without regard to race, ethnic or national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, neurodiversity, genetics, age, religion or belief, marital/civil partnership status, domestic / family status, veteran status or any other difference.
