Job summary

ClickUp is hiring a Strategic Solutions Engineer to accelerate partner-sourced revenue across the APAC region. You will serve as the technical force multiplier that enables upmarket partners to independently acquire, implement, and expand the company within their customer base, driving ARR growth and net retention.

Your primary mandate is to increase the volume and quality of revenue that flows through partners, working alongside Partner Managers and Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering or similar.
• 2+ years enabling channel partners or partner-led GTM.
• Proven ability to build programs from scratch and scale them.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver partner enablement programs (workflows, AI agents, solutions mapping).
• Lead technical deals from discovery to post-sales handoff with partners.
