Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales and Success to drive new business, expand existing accounts, and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong presenter, and has enough technical aptitude to craft solutions for client challenges.

Based in the Pacific Northwest with a hybrid work arrangement and up to 50% travel, you will design PoV projects, build client dashboards, and stay current on feature releases to support the sales

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms, including autonomous agents for task orchestration, multi-step decisioning, and cross-app integrations to deliver scalable enterprise productivity.
• 6+ years in a customer facing role with technology, ideally pre-sales or equivalent consulting, implementation, or sales enablement.
• 2+ years demonstrable success working with commercial or enterprise clients.
• Understanding of cloud deployment, change management, and adoption in organizations.
• Strong customer-facing skills to influence technical and executive audiences toward outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with AI & LLMs, and integration platforms such as Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and success to deliver technical presentations that explain our products and integrations for prospective and current clients.
• Design, develop, deploy and manage customer-specific PoV projects.
• Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for prospective clients' management teams.
• Assist with the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
• Stay current on new feature releases and maintain updated demo spaces for sales.
