Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, pre-sales or technical sales roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or CS
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with CRM platforms, AI/ML-driven products, or enterprise SaaS
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and engineering
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and creative problem solver
• Fluency with AI-driven products and willingness to learn as capabilities evolve

Responsibilities

• Understand customer challenges and technical landscape through discovery
• Design tailored AcuityMD solutions and demonstrate value
• Collaborate with Sales to build account strategies
• Translate customer requirements into future-state architectures
• Deliver product demos, PoCs, and RFIs/RFPs responses
• Provide cross-functional feedback to drive product improvements
• Represent the brand at industry events and webinars
• Collaborate with team members and travel up to 30-40%
