Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Consultant to grow and support the Sourcing & Procurement Capability Area within the Global Supply Chain Practice. You will work on procurement strategies, vendor management, and strategic sourcing initiatives for global clients across industries.

You’ll partner with senior client executives, lead multi-workstream projects, and help deliver procurement-focused solutions, driving value and outcomes for our clients and Slalom’s practice.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting firms.
• Procurement strategy development and execution; Source to Contract experience.
• Experience managing projects and programs with multiple workstreams and cross-functional resources.
• A relationship builder able to team effectively with others and build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders.
• Driven to delivering excellent work product and a consistently high level of service.
• Experience with procurement package and/or ERP solutions, agile delivery, data & analytics, and change management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver projects for the supply chain organization of globally located clients across industries and sectors.
