Job summary

Disney Experiences (DX) leads immersive digital experiences for Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, Disney Vacation Club, and Disney Parks & Resorts worldwide. We build end-to-end digital and physical Guest experiences powering planning, booking, fulfillment, operations and guest journeys across our brands.

We seek a senior technology leader to set strategic direction, guide solution design, and drive platform modernization across cloud, web, and mobile.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive technology leadership in software engineering, design, or platform leadership.
Experience leading large-scale tech initiatives and multidisciplinary teams.
2+ years of people management experience overseeing engineers, architects, and leads.
Strong cloud, enterprise integration, web/mobile tech expertise.
Proven ability to set architectural standards for scalable, secure solutions.
Experience delivering Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across architecture, design, integration, quality, automation, and operations.
Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Establish architectural direction, governance, and solution design practices.
Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams across locations.
Partner with stakeholders for resource planning, architecture reviews, and quality oversight.
Champion continuous improvement in engineering practices and platform modernization.
Drive technology strategy across web, mobile, cloud, AI, and integrations.
Oversee vendor partnerships and ensure Disney standards.
