Job summary
Disney Experiences (DX) within The Walt Disney Company seeks a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead Foundational Data Solutions across parks, resorts, and experiences worldwide. Qualifications
- 10+ years of related work experience.
- 5+ years management experience.
- Expertise with Scrum and Agile variants.
- Expertise with Snowflake, dbt, AWS.
- Experience leading PM managers and shaping product capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Data Eng or related field.
- MBA a plus.
Responsibilities
- Direct financial planning and portfolio budgeting across product areas.
- Lead multiple PM teams responsible for high-visibility products.
- Define multi-year product vision, market positioning, and investment areas.
- Align product direction with enterprise strategy and goals.
- Oversee platform architecture and cross-company dependencies.
- Develop long-term roadmap planning and resource allocation.
- Establish KPI frameworks and measurement standards.
- Sponsor innovation and adopt emerging technologies.
- Shape analytics maturity and data-driven decisions.
- Develop senior leaders and a strong PM culture.
- Represent portfolios with executives and external stakeholders.
- Guide technical direction and prioritization to align with enterprise goals.
