Qualifications

• Experience in solution-based advisory and managed services for complex, large-scale engagements.
• Ability to identify resources, allocation, and costing for client engagements.
• Strong presentation and client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and create solutions and proposals that include technical approach, estimates, implementation, team structure, pricing, and contracts.
• Collaborate with Solution Executive and sales partners to map client requirements to systems/technical solutions.
• Present solution proposals for core engagements across Service Desk, Deskside Services, NOC, and IT Operations.
