Job summary

AE Business Solutions is seeking a Solutions Architect to translate business goals into practical technology solutions. You will partner with sales, delivery, and customer teams through the solution lifecycle, from discovery to post-sale support.

You will shape solution strategy, guide customer conversations, and build trusted relationships for long-term growth. The ideal candidate combines strong technical judgment with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of solution architecture experience.
• Expert knowledge of virtualization, storage and data protection platforms.
• Kubernetes, IaC tools (Terraform preferred) and scripting (Python/PowerShell/Golang/Node.js).
• Foundational understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD, CSP storage, CSP databases, FaaS/serverless, and cloud networking.
• API, CLI and GUI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer objectives and environments to define solution approaches.
• Contribute architectural expertise during discovery, proposals, and post-sale activities.
• Translate priorities into capabilities, services, and delivery options.
• Design technology solutions addressing business and technical requirements.
• Explain complex concepts clearly to executives, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Lead or support workshops, demonstrations and planning sessions.
• Advise on options, trade-offs, and implementation considerations.
• Develop durable relationships with accounts as a technical contact.
• Identify emerging needs in partnership with account and sales teams.
• Monitor technology trends and customer priority changes.
• Coordinate with internal specialists and external partners as needed.
