Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an Expert Solution Architect to lead enterprise architecture across Oracle and non-Oracle cloud ecosystems. You will own the design for cloud applications, set standards, ensure security, and guide integration strategy and data ownership models.

This is a contract-to-hire role based out of Minneapolis, MN, with remote work options. You will mentor architects, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts to executives while driving

Qualifications

• SAP & Workday Integration Architecture experience across Oracle Fusion and ERP systems.
• Enterprise reporting strategies, data ownership models and governance frameworks.
• Security, compliance and risk architecture supporting SOX and audits.
• Mentored architects and led architecture communities of practice.
• Evaluated emerging technologies and modernization roadmaps for cloud and integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall solution design for cloud applications across teams and systems.
• Define current, transition, and future-state architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain architecture standards, governance, design principles, and reusable patterns.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and cost-effective.
• Lead enterprise integration strategy, API architecture, and data ownership models.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with business leaders and technology stakeholders to align technology investments with business needs.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to executive and business audiences.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to deliver effective enterprise solutions.
• Mentor architects and promote architecture best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
