Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to lead enterprise client engagements, partnering with cross-functional teams to define and deliver scalable cloud solutions on the Salesforce platform.

You will translate complex business needs into implementable architectures while guiding delivery across multiple workstreams. Ideal candidates have deep experience in enterprise projects, strong communication, and a track record of delivering high-value outcomes in Consumer Goods or similar

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise-level projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• 3+ years experience in Consumer Goods with CG cloud and Retail Execution knowledge.
• Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with AI toolchains (Claude, Cursor, Elements Cloud).
• Ability to define the system architecture landscape and deliver a comprehensive solution.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and writing user stories.
• Strong presentation skills and stakeholder communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to rapidly learn new concepts.
• Travel up to 50%.
