Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce products including Revenue Cloud and CPQ, with hands-on Salesforce API experience.
• Proficiency with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Informatica and REST/SOAP web services.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Architect certifications, including Technical Architect or Application Architect (Optional).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence in a global, cross-functional environment (Optional).

Responsibilities

• Design complex, multi-cloud Salesforce architectures spanning enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs for Salesforce platforms and integrated third-party systems
• Lead implementation teams by reviewing code, establishing best practices, and mentoring developers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Oversee end-to-end integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems including ERP platforms, legacy databases, and middleware solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and goals, converting complex needs into actionable technical roadmaps
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging Salesforce features and recommending innovations that enhance solution delivery
