Aurora is seeking a senior leader to own the software release cycle end-to-end from build readiness through rollout for our Product Operations team. The role partners with Engineering, Launch Operations and Platform Enablement to translate roadmaps into actionable, scalable release plans.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in program/product operations, technical program management, or release management in software environments with hardware dependencies.
• Experience owning a software release cycle end-to-end including build readiness, rollout, and defect management.
• Proven track record of building or improving feature and bug tracking systems at scale.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management between Engineering and Operations.
• Ability to operate in fast-scaling, R&D-to-commercial transitions with repeatable processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills translating release data to executives.

• Own enterprise-wide release strategy across software and fleet operations.
• Define release readiness and risk governance and gate standards for deployments.
• Align multi-year capability roadmaps with commercial expansion targets.
• Unify release governance across software, hardware, and platform changes.
• Define metrics for release predictability, defect escape, and readiness lead times.
• Standardize backlog hygiene and escalation pathways between field and engineering.
• Oversee the software release cycle from build readiness through rollout.
• Coordinate with Product Ops on releases spanning software and hardware components.
• Drive release metrics including predictability and lead times.
