Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, CS or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in PM roles.
• Experience leading Software/eCommerce/SaaS/Cloud projects.
• 5 years in tech incl. 2–3 years PM experience.
• Experience managing multiple dependencies in delivery.
• Guiding multiple scrum teams concurrently.
• Understanding of web-based systems programming.
• Proficiency with MS Project or similar software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage online software development projects across all phases (initiation to closure).
• Collaborate with development team, lead architect and management on technical direction and design.
• Create and track project schedules, plans, scope, costs, resource plans and risks.
• Tailor PM, development and support processes per project needs.
• Oversee day-to-day project activities and ensure on-time, within-budget deliverables.
• Communicate with internal/external customers to manage expectations and sponsors.
• Provide status reports and input into strategic planning and asset creation.
