Redolent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is urgently seeking an Associate Project Manager for a direct client engagement in San Bruno, CA.

You will develop and drive multi-track program plans, monitor execution, and coordinate with offshore teams and third-party vendors to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires five or more years of engineering program management experience, familiarity with agile methods, and strong collaboration skills to manage diverse stakeholders and interfaces.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, 5+ years of engineering program management with 4+ years leading delivery programs using agile methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with large-scale systems program management.
• 2+ years software engineer development experience in eCommerce, Ads, B2B.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of ownership and driving results.
• Ability to manage multiple programs with internal/external partners.
• Working knowledge of SOA, databases (RDBMS/NoSQL), HTTP/S, and program mgmt tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops program/project/release plans and timelines; monitors progress and resolves scope/time trade-offs.
• Manages portfolio of projects through their lifecycle to successful completion.
• Leads geographically distributed teams and vendors for successful program launch.
• Addresses bottlenecks and defines mitigation strategies with win/win outcomes.
• Establishes clear accountability for the program team.
• Conducts training and outreach to internal support and external customers.
• Interfaces with executive, business and technical stakeholders.
• Negotiates program delivery timelines with stakeholders.
• Maintains ongoing status updates to forums on progress toward objectives.
