Ascensus is a leading technology and service platform powering savings programs across America. As a Software Engineer you will work in a fast-paced team, writing clean, testable code and supporting automation, CI/CD, and robust design patterns.

You will collaborate in a Scrum team to deliver solutions aligned with architecture and standards. You will contribute to a culture of quality, integrity and client focus, with emphasis on problem solving, OO design and modern web technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing software for small to medium business environments.
• Experience in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, or JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technology stack and OOP design.
• Familiarity with RESTful services, CI/CD, and design patterns.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and open source development is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, implement, test, document and maintain software applications with minimal oversight.
• Participate in estimating and planning throughout the software development life cycle.
• Support process improvement strategies and teamwork across QE, ops and support.
• Adhere to software architecture strategy, coding standards and company policies.
• Develop solutions that meet business goals with a focus on automation and quality.
