Job summary

Ascensus is a leading technology and service platform powering savings plans across America. As a Software Engineer you will join a high-energy Scrum team and contribute to a rapid development and deployment pipeline with a focus on automation and quality.

You will work across technologies and platforms including C#, Java, JavaScript, and MS-SQL Server, applying design patterns and best practices to deliver secure, scalable software solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing software & systems for small to medium business environments.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with Services Oriented Architecture and RESTful services development.
• Experience with clean, maintainable code using unit testing, CI/CD and design patterns.

• Protect confidential data and ensure secure handling to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

• Analyze, implement, test, document and maintain software applications with minimal oversight.
• Assist in estimating and planning throughout the software development life cycle.
